A LITTLE BIT ABOUT ME

My love for health and wellness began early. I grew up playing sports, spending time outdoors, and sharing home-cooked meals from my family’s diverse cultural background — Italian, Norwegian, Middle Eastern, and Hispanic. Food was always a source of connection and care, which shaped how I view health today: as something rooted in nourishment, not restriction.

Like many, I once struggled with body image and my relationship with exercise. Through therapy, mindset work, and self-discovery, I learned to see movement and nutrition as ways to honor my body rather than change it. That shift inspired me to explore Pilates — a practice that not only strengthened me physically but transformed how I connect to myself.

After years of practice, I became a 600-hour comprehensively certified instructor, now teaching group classes, events, and private sessions across multiple studios. Pilates has given me confidence, clarity, and community — and it’s my mission to help others experience that same transformation through mindful movement and holistic wellness.

My Story

After earning my bachelor’s degree in Clinical Psychology with a minor in Biology, I pursued my passion for mental and behavioral health by obtaining my Registered Behavior Technician certification and working with children on the autism spectrum. That experience taught me how deeply our mental and emotional health influence every part of our physical well-being.

Over time, I became increasingly interested in movement, anatomy, and nutrition, which led me to earn my Certified Nutrition Coach and Personal Trainer credentials through NASM in 2024. As I began exploring different fitness modalities and nourishing my body in ways that felt aligned, I discovered my love for Pilates and strength training. What started as exercise quickly became something more—a way to move mindfully, connect with my body, and feel strong from the inside out.

Pilates improved my strength training and deepened my mind-body connection, helping me activate muscles I’d never fully engaged before. After years of practice and reflection, I decided to take my commitment further and pursue my 600-hour Classical comprehensive Pilates certification, training across all apparatus—including reformer, mat, tower, Cadillac, chair, and ladder barrel.
